Eleanor Graves, a bestselling author, hires a team to help finish her latest series. The books fly off the shelves, but as she reads each new draft, she notices strange, cryptic messages hidden in the text—references to a secret she’s long buried. She turns to ghost writing services to investigate, but the more they dig, the deeper the mystery becomes. Soon, mysterious letters begin arriving at her door, each containing fragments from the stories, with clues pointing to a dark event in her past. Desperate, Eleanor tries to confront the ghostwriter, only to find that they know far more than they should.
